Hey! I’m Emma,

I am a Toronto based Early Childhood Educator and founder of Mindful Little Things and I am so happy you are here!

Visiting our website is the first step with us on your Mindful Education journey for yourself, your classroom and the children in your life.

I have been working in childcare for most of my life, and have always had a passion for educating children. 

Throughout my career I have continued my education taking courses in childhood and prenatal yoga, mindfulness, and various early childhood development workshops.

Along my journey, I hunted for a workshop focused on mindfulness in early childhood without any success. This sparked a thought, "if I was looking for this type of workshop other educators and parents were likely looking for it too! "

Combining my years of teaching, personal philosophy, passion for education and my knowledge of mindfulness for adults, I created the three workshops offered by Mindful  Little Things.
